SHIPPING POLICY
OVERVIEW
Below you will find the Shipping Policy of Nurture by Wildflower LLC. Throughout the site, and this policy the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nurture by Wildflower. This policy sets forth the understanding of how our shipping process works when using the Services. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice to you. By accessing or using our website, you agree that you have read, understood, and will be bound by the Terms, conditions and policies provided here.
SECTION 1. SHIPPING METHODS
At Nurture by Wildflower we are committed to finding eco-friendly methods of shipping our delicate products. Once an order is place, your order is processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. After your order has been processed, you will receive another notification once your order has shipped. Customers should allow five days for the shipping process upon receipt of shipping confirmation. Customers should understand that the combination of processing and shipping can take a total of 12 business days. Customers should be advised that fluctuations in delivery times may occur extending the time frame. This time frame is only applicable to general orders. General orders are considered singles, doubles and quadruples. Customers ordering more than four mugs at a time for one order may experience longer shipping and processing times. Custom and wholesale orders are initiated through the contact form on the home page of our website or submitted to nurturebywildflower@gmail.com. Custom and wholesale orders are not subject to standard shipping or processing times. Custom and wholesale orders have specific needs and customers will be notified of their processing and shipping time frame based upon their service request.
SECTION 2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Be advised that shipping is different than order processing. All orders are processed 5-7 days after purchase. Please be conscious of this when placing an order as we do not offer a rush delivery service at this time. Be advised that the order processing time is not finite. Order processing times may be longer for the following reasons including without limitation; supply chain issues, seasonal influx, high order volumes, and custom or wholesale orders. In the event that your order will take longer than the expected processing time you will be notified. We will not be held responsible for shipping reimbursement for orders with extended or delayed processing times. We reserve the right to change our processing times at our soul discretion at any time without prior notice to you. In the event that there are updates to processing times, they can be found here.
SECTION 3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer flat rate domestic shipping within the United States of America to our customers for $12.99 on general orders. Custom and wholesale orders are not subject to the $12.99 flat rate shipping charges and may have their shipping totals provided to them directly. Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Consumers should allow five business days for shipping however these times are not finite and are subject to fluctuations based on courier delays. Be advised that some orders may ship faster than others. You agree without limitation that we are not responsible for shipping fluctuations, delays, handling of items during the shipping process, damages to items during the shipping process, delivery to incorrect address, or theft of items upon arrival to the final destination. If your items are found to be damaged upon arrival please review Section 6 of these terms and review our Return Policy. Customers should allow seven business days from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email before contacting us or inquiring with the shipping courier. At times the tracking information provided by the shipping courier may be delayed by 24-48 hours. You agree that contacting us regarding the shipping status of your order is not equivalent to filing a claim directly for a lost, missing, or stolen item with the courier. You agree that we have no control over the courier’s claims process. Consumer may file a direct claim with the shipping courier at their discretion. You agree that you are responsible for the tracking of your package and will make necessary arrangements to receive your delivery.
SECTION 4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time we only offer domestic shipping to the United States. Our company is ever growing and expanding thus, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to change this at any time without prior notice to you. Any updates to this portion of our policy can be found here. International parties interested in our work may use the contact submission form to inquire about future shipping options, and potential custom orders. Please include your location in your submission.
SECTION 5. CHECKING ORDER STATUS
Once your order has been placed, the first notification you receive is a confirmation email providing your order number and the details of your purchase. Upon completion of processing, your order enters the shipping process and you receive an email including your tracking number. Customers should allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Sometimes our courier may mark an item delivered while it is still in transit. Please allow 24 hours before contacting the courier for a status update. If you haven’t received your order within seven business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and there have been no updates to your tracking status, please contact us at nurturebywildflower@gmail.com with your name, and your order number and we will look into it for you. You agree that this is not the same as you filing a claim for a lost, missing, or stolen package directly with the shipping courier.
SECTION 6. RETURNS, ORDER CHANGES, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of our products intended use, we do not under any circumstances accept returns for damaged items or products that do not meet customer expectations. If a product is damaged you have five days from date of delivery/reception of product to submit a warranty claim with the option for refund, exchange, or store credit. Refunds, exchanges, and store credit will only be acknowledged or honored by submitting a valid warranty claim. You agree it is your responsibility to check the accuracy of your order information prior to completing your purchase. Customers who notice errors in their information upon order completion or receipt of confirmation should contact us immediately if your email or address needs to be changed. You agree it is your responsibility to communicate any informational errors in your order. We make no guarantee that your information can be altered once your receive your shipping confirmation. Design selections can not be altered after product has been purchased. Products that are returned to us as RETURNED SHIPPING are often the result of informational errors. If a product is returned to us as RETURNED SHIPPING, you are responsible for the new shipping fees to have your item redelivered. Should customers request a refund for RETURNED SHIPPING items a $12 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Customers interested in cancelling their order have 24 hours from time of purchase to submit a cancellation request to nurturebywildflower@gmail.com. Cancellations will not incur a restocking fee. Cancellations will not be honored beyond the 24 hour window. This does not include cancellations that may be initiated on our end. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time without prior notice to you as expressed in our Terms and Conditions. In the event that an order must be cancelled by us, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be provided.

SECTION 7. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
General orders may have extended delivery times due to variables beyond our control including without limitation courier fluctuations, weather, natural disasters, acts of God, high order volume and seasonal volume increase. These variables may cause interruptions and delays in the shipment of our products. We make no guarantee that our service will not be subject to such interruptions. Your tracking information should allow you to follow up with the courier regarding delays.
SECTION 8. POLICY UPDATES
We reserve the right to modify our shipping policy at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice to you. By using the Service you agree to be responsible to reviewing this policy for any and all updates to the policy. If any material changes are made to the policy, we will notify you here within the site that it has been updated.
